1. Who we are

Genius Tunez (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a music promotion and talent management company operating from Australia and Monrovia, Liberia. These terms govern your use of geniustunez.com and any services you purchase from us. Contact: geniustunez@gmail.com.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, submitting your work, or purchasing a campaign, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

3. Our services

• Promotion campaigns — Spotlight, Push, and Breakout packages as described on our Campaigns page, with the deliverables, duration, and reporting listed there at the time of purchase.
• Talent management and development — offered selectively and always under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website creates a management relationship by itself.

4. Submitting your work

• You must own your work (or hold the rights to it) and have the right to let us promote it.
• You must be at least 16 years old; under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your submission and any purchase.
• By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your work, name, images, and provided materials to run your campaign and showcase it on our channels and website. You keep full ownership of your work — we never take your rights.
• We may decline any submission that is unlawful, hateful, or doesn't meet our standards. If you've already paid and we decline your work, you get a full refund.

5. Campaigns, scheduling & delivery

• Campaigns are scheduled within 5 business days of receiving both your payment and your completed intake (details and assets). You'll receive your start and end dates in writing.
• If you delay providing assets, your start date moves with you — we can't run a campaign without your materials.
• Each package delivers exactly what its campaign plan lists. Where a third party is involved (blogs, radio, playlists we don't own), we deliver the professional pitch and placement effort; editorial decisions belong to those third parties.

6. Payments & refunds

• Prices are listed in USD on the website. Payment is due before a campaign is scheduled.
• Before your campaign starts: you can cancel for a full refund, minus any payment-processor fees we can't recover.
• Once your campaign is live: payments are non-refundable, because work has been created and placements have begun.
• If we fail to deliver a listed deliverable, we will either re-run that part of the campaign or refund it proportionally — your choice.

7. Real growth — and what we don't promise

• We never use bots, purchased followers, or fake streams, and we won't run campaigns for anyone who asks us to.
• We promise professional delivery of every listed deliverable and honest reporting of results. We do not guarantee specific numbers (streams, followers, or revenue) — nobody honestly can, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.

8. Talent profiles

• Profiles on our Talents pages are published at our discretion and based on information you provide — keep it accurate.
• Want your profile changed or removed? Email us — we'll action it within 7 days.

9. Intellectual property

Your work remains yours. The Genius Tunez name, logo, brand, website design, and campaign materials we create remain ours. You may share campaign materials we make for you; you may not resell them or present them as another company's work.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost opportunities) or for the actions of third-party platforms (social networks, streaming services, blogs, radio). Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Ending things

We may refuse or discontinue service to anyone who breaches these terms, provides false information, or behaves abusively toward our team — with a proportional refund of any undelivered work.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to purchases made after that date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
