The short version

We collect only what we need to run your campaigns and reply to you. We never sell your information. Email us any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

1. What we collect

• What you send us: when you submit through our forms or email us — your name or stage name, location, genre or niche, links to your work and socials, bio, chosen package, and anything else you include.
• Payments: processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, banks, or mobile money services). We see your name and what you paid — we never see or store your card numbers.
• Technical basics: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics profiles on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first.

2. How we use it

• To review your submission and reply to you
• To plan, run, and report on the campaign you purchased
• To publish your talent profile — only with material you gave us for that purpose
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that make our work possible: our email provider (Google), website host (Vercel), payment processors, and — as part of running your campaign — the outlets we pitch your work to (that's the point of a campaign). Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.

4. Where it lives

Our team works from Australia and Liberia, and our providers store data internationally. By using our services you consent to your information being handled in these locations.

5. How long we keep it

Submission and campaign records are kept while we work together and for up to 3 years after (campaign history helps us plan your next one, and accounting law requires some records). Ask us to delete earlier and we will, except what the law requires us to keep.

6. Your rights

Email geniustunez@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — we action requests within 7 days. You can also ask us to remove your talent profile at any time.

7. Young people

Our services are for people 16 and over. Under 18? A parent or guardian should approve your submission. If we learn we hold data about a child under 16 without consent, we delete it.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle data (for example, adding analytics or a talent database), we'll update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
